Lean beef cooking tips

 

Cook your beef to perfection... every time!

  • your beef cuts will cook more evenly and stay juicier if your meat is at room temperature prior to cooking
  • sear the meat over high heat before cooking it over reduced heat
  • use tongs to flip steaks as a fork will pierce the meat and allow the natural juices to escape
  • allow the meat to rest 10 minutes before carving so the juices can settle and be redistributed throughout the cut of meat
